Getting Started
Welcome to VINCTA. This guide covers your first login, dashboard navigation, and initial setup.
First Login
VINCTA uses passwordless magic link authentication.
- Navigate to app.vincta.io/login
- Enter your work email address
- Check your inbox for the magic link email
- Click the link to access your dashboard
Important: Open the magic link in the same browser where you requested it.
Dashboard Overview
After login, you land on the Cases dashboard at /cases. This is your primary workspace.
Key Performance Indicators
The top section displays real-time metrics:
- Open Cases — Cases awaiting investigation
- In Progress — Cases currently being worked
- Escalated — Cases requiring senior review
- SLA Breaches — Cases past their deadline
Case Queue
Cases are grouped by customer. Each customer card shows:
- Customer name and risk classification
- Number of associated alerts
- Highest priority case
- SLA status indicator

Case Investigation
To work a case:
- Click a customer from the dashboard
- Select the specific case to investigate
- Review the evidence panel showing linked vendor alerts
- Complete required checklist items
- Add investigation notes
- Resolve with appropriate outcome
