Getting Started

Welcome to VINCTA. This guide covers your first login, dashboard navigation, and initial setup.

First Login

VINCTA uses passwordless magic link authentication.

  1. Navigate to app.vincta.io/login 
  2. Enter your work email address
  3. Check your inbox for the magic link email
  4. Click the link to access your dashboard

Important: Open the magic link in the same browser where you requested it.

Dashboard Overview

After login, you land on the Cases dashboard at /cases. This is your primary workspace.

Key Performance Indicators

The top section displays real-time metrics:

  • Open Cases — Cases awaiting investigation
  • In Progress — Cases currently being worked
  • Escalated — Cases requiring senior review
  • Overdue Cases — Cases past their deadline

Case Queue

Cases are grouped by customer. Each customer card shows:

  • Customer name and risk classification
  • Number of associated alerts
  • Highest priority case
  • SLA status indicator

MiCA Compliance Features

VINCTA provides comprehensive compliance automation for crypto asset service providers (CASPs) under the EU’s Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA) Regulation.

Case Investigation

To work a case:

  1. Click a customer from the dashboard
  2. Select the specific case to investigate
  3. Review the evidence panel showing linked vendor alerts
  4. Complete required checklist items
  5. Add investigation notes
  6. Resolve with appropriate outcome
